At Banexcoin, withdrawing your funds is very easy. Once you have entered your Banexcoin account, you must click on the “Withdraw” option from the main menu that you can see at the bottom of the screen.



Then you will be able to see the withdrawal menu at the top of the screen, in which you must select the currency you want to withdraw by clicking on it to open the withdrawal form.





Complete all the necessary information, amount, destination account and optionally you can enter a personal comment if you wish. To create your withdrawal ticket you must have read and accepted the terms and conditions by checking the box at the bottom of the form, this will enable the “Generate withdrawal ticket” button.





After having generated the ticket, you will be able to see the confirmation screen for your withdrawal, verify that all the information is correct and then press the “Confirm” button, enter the Verification Code (2FA) to confirm your withdrawal. Once the ticket is generated, a second confirmation will be sent to your email associated with your Banexcoin account.




You will receive an email to your email address registered with Banexcoin, in which you must verify that the information you have entered in your request is correct and then click the "Confirm" button so that your transaction can be processed.



Once you have confirmed your withdrawal, the Banexcoin team will validate the information provided and will proceed to transfer the funds to your selected bank account.

  •  Withdrawal and transfer of these funds can take up to 2 business days and is subject to review by the bank operator.
  • Remember that you must have a bank account affiliated where you are the   owner to be able to withdraw the funds. Also, accept the terms and conditions.
  • Banexcoin is not responsible for fund transfers made by the Client to cryptocurrency addresses not supported by the Platform, incompatible or with errors, regardless of whether they are deposits or withdrawals in any of the cryptocurrencies as well as fiat currencies authorized by the Platform and it will be the responsibility of the Client to provide it with accurate, precise and true information regarding any activity that he carries out within it.
